Essbase 21.7 Upgrade - Unexpected Rule Behavior

Hi all,

After getting the Essbase 21.7 upgrade, we encountered a weird issue with one of our business rules in FCC.

The original rule was as follows, and worked perfectly fine last month during close. This is a rule to handle equity pick up movements between ICPs.
