Conditional Formatting BI Publisher

I'm trying to apply conditional formatting to a Pivot Table in an RTF using BI Publisher to create a Report in ARCS but it cannot seem to work in the same way it would work for a normal table (so non Pivot).

Has anyone had this problem and can offer a solution ? maybe an XML code ?
