How do I add a formula row for each member of a dimension in a Form 2.0?

In a form 2.0, I have the "period" dimension as a column and two other dimensions as rows. Is it possible to use a row formula to get the total sum of the second column for each item in the first?

For example, column A has two or more items, and column B has two or more items. With a row formula, I need the total sum of column B for each item in column A. The image illustrates this better.
