Enable of Sequencing at Specify ledger option affects the Create Journal form

We had a requirement in AR to enable the Invoice numbering, and we got to know we need to enable Document Sequencing for this which is setup up at Specify Ledger Option.

But we got a complaint from GL team that the check box of enabling the Sequencing by Legal Entity at Specify Ledger Option has affected their work. Where they noticed that they got a mandatory field named *Legal Entity Name to be entered in Create Journal form under Journal section which is not there in other instances where this checkbox is not enabled at Specify Ledger Option.
