Address Validation Process Fails in USOPTE with Error “ProcReportPayAct.childRequestStatus:1”

While running the Address Validation Process in the Vertex environment, the process fails with the following error message:

An internal assertion test couldn't be completed at location ProcReportPayAct.childRequestStatus:1. Contact your help desk.

The process status shows Error, and no detailed log or output is generated.
