ILT session data is not getting updated in Oracle.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We've made successful integration with Outlook, Teams.
Created/Validated instructor.
We've created and attended the ILT. We're able to get the attendance.csv.
We've scheduled "Sync instructor-Led training for Learning" to run every one hour.
But learner's status not getting updated in Oracle, even after 24 hours.
Other Instructor is able to get the csv file and status of the attendees updated correctly.

Scheduled to run "Sync Instructor-led Training for Learning" every one hour.

Able to get the attendance.csv under Related Materials section of the Activity.
