Only display specific LOV values for Employee rating in Peformance document for specific Goals

Summary:

We have three values in Employee rating in Peformance document - Above Expectations, Achieved Expectations and Below Expectations.

We need to restrict the LOV to not display Above Expectations when there is a specific Performance document selected and also for specific goals within that document. In responsive we had achieved this as below.
