subledgers not seen in subledger accounting

Summary:

Task Manage Subledger Accounting Options is showing only one module as Financials Common Module, no other subledger application is listed for newly created secondary ledger. It worked as expected in other non prod SIT environments. Need help in debugging this issue, as UAT will get delayed.

We are creating a new secondary ledger for an existing primary ledger. For ledger creation, following steps are being followed

1. Create Secondary ledger using task - Manage Secondary Ledgers (Conversion level selected as Subledger)
2. Mapping between primary and secondary ledger using the task - Complete Primary to Secondary Ledger Mapping
