Default Pay frequency on Create Job Req page using a DFF from Position.

Summary:

We are trying to default pay frequency in the Create Job Requisition Page using the value of a DFF called FLSA Status in the Position Page. If it's value is E Pay frequency should be bi-weekly, but upon further investigation we are not able to fetch the DFF value. What is the Expression that we can use to fetch the DFF value?
