Currently the provision for external partners or dealer to access the course in OLC is complicated so we wanted to know if there is a solution to mitigate this without compromising the security.

As of now we are following,

  1. Creating and managing of nonworker account (creation, termination) to access learning course
  2. As these nonworkers use non-company email, they’re flagged during audits
  3. Access issue to system (HCM Fusion) due to login credential and pw reset.
