Request for Working .dat File for Learning Record Update at Offering Level

Hi Team,

I’m currently working on a Learning Record update at the offering level and need a working .dat file for reference.

Requirement 1:
Using the existing data, we have already created the courses and offerings. At the offering level, we now need to assign learners in bulk covering over 2000+ courses managed by the Learning Admin team.

Requirement 2:
After the learner assignments, we also need to upload learner records with Completion Status and Actual Effort Hours.

If anyone has a working .dat file or sample template for these use cases, please share it with me. It would be a great help.
