Can we restrict negotiated check box in RSSP based on category

Summary:

Hi Team,

Business having two categories - A and B.
If they select category A, they need to autoenable negotiated check box
if they select category B, they need to disable the negotiated check box.


Currently we have enabled Negotiated check box through VBS in redwood rssp screen and it got auto enabled for all categories
