How to reset password for users without mail address

in Applications Security

We are looking for an option to support login for users that is not having any working email address.

We are currently in the phase of implementing HCM for our organization. One of the open issues we have, is that not all users are having a work mail address available. In general these are the three categories of users that we have:

  1. Users shared with our Identity Management System (Azure)
    These users will be using SSO to login to Oracle Cloud.
  2. Users NOT shared with our Identity Management System (Azure)
    These users will have a work email address, but is not included in IM and therefore not able to use SSO to login to Oracle Cloud. However, reset Password process is suitable for our requirements, and we don't face any issues with this group of users.
