how to send the FYI notification after the contract is electronically signed and becomes active

Hi,

We want to send an FYI notification to the Procurement and Legal team after a contract is electronically signed through Docusign and becomes Active. I have checked, and currently no FYI notification is generated after the Contracts become Active.

Is there any configuration we need to enable in order to generate it?

We have noticed that an FYI notification is generated when a contract is approved and becomes active, but this only happens for contracts that are not sent for signature through DocuSign.

Our requirement is that once a contract is signed through DocuSign and becomes active, an FYI notification should also be sent.
