We want to know the what balances/obligations/calculation behind the Available fund

We are looking for the calculation behind the number. Want to know what obligations are affecting the project available funding value displayed on the screen.

Some projects are showing the correct value, however, some are not matching as per calculation (Available Funds = Approved funds less Actual Receipts less Outstanding commitments)
