Expiration date in extend offer is not appearing

Summary:

We have created offer for candidate, while extending offer we are getting when does offer expires? but we are unable to see option to select expiration date.

We checked through Recruiting_Administrator role we are getting everything as expected, but through custom role date option is not appearing. Please refer below screenshot through Recruiting_Administrator role
