Data duplicating after Groovy runs rule set when ad hoc runs are overlapped

Our implementation partner was able to configure a set of Groovy scripts to kick off the various calculations in order, which can be both scheduled and/or run ad hoc by our users. These rules run through calculations before pushes across cubes before the final reporting cube push

We've seen during our peak user times, salary data duplicating, which appears to be that the data isn't clearing before it copies. When we run the groovy set again at the highest org level, it corrects the data.

We've been reviewing the logs, and testing, but have not been able to replicate. We had this happen a number of times in the last week.
