Validate DFF and Category fields in requisition line in RSSP 25C

Summary:

I am trying to validate DFF fields and category fields in RSSP 25C.

If the category name contains the text 'CAPEX' and any of the 3 requisition line DFFs are null, then we want to block the user leaving the page and display an error message. I have tried the rule below but I cannot seem to get it to work.
