Oracle Risk Management - New User Can't See Incidents or Results

In Oracle Risk Management Cloud, control has been created and deployed to generate incidents/results. Initially, few users have been assigned as result investigators using 'Security Assignment'. Later new user has been added. But, new user is unable to see the incidents or results generated from the control. Control has been scheduled to run daily and incidents/results are being generated. Ran the 'Global User Synchronization' and 'Security Synchronization' jobs too. Kindly help me if I missed any steps.
