invoice approval workflows in accounts payable using exchange rate conversion

Approval flows are needed for MXN, USD, and EUR, but the client only provided the amount for the rules in USD. They request that the exchange rate be dynamic for MXN and EUR.

The configuration would be done in the Excel template since the BPM is not available
