OPC Service Accounts

in Self Service Procurement

I'm not exactly sure when these accounts were created. I think it may have been when I enabled the new Redwood supplier portal, or redwood for SSP, My auditors are looking for some documentation that outline the creation of the following system managed user accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
