Add National Identifier or custom flexfield to Create Candidate Profile screen in ORC?

Summary:

We need to capture a candidate’s National Identifier on the Create Candidate Profile page for recruiter, agent, and referral submissions in Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Is there a supported way to add a sensitive-information field on that screen or to introduce a custom flexfield for this purpose. Snapshot attached.
