RSSP with 25D creating performance issues and unexpected behavior

Summary:

We have applied 25D along with Default RSSP option but we are facing unexpected behavior in RSSP page and not able to update the Description and DFF values and keep on loading and not allowing users to logout also.

Wherever 25D has applied and RSSP in place we are facing similar issue for all the environments. Need help to resolve them.
