Option to Hide or Disable URL Display under Create requisition

We would like to hide the “URL” section under Attachments in the Create Requisition. Currently, this section appears to be Oracle-delivered and set to be visible by default in VBS.

Please advise if there is any delivered functionality or configuration option available to hide or disable the URL attachment section in these areas.
