Cannot View Pending Approval Change Orders Created by Other Users in RSSP

Summary:

Issue:

• In the classic SSP pages, I am able to view purchase Pending Approval change orders created by other users in the application.
• In the RSSP pages, however, I can only see change orders that I personally created. Change orders in pending approvals status submitted by other users are not visible, even though my user role has sufficient access.

Questions:

• Is this a known limitation or configuration in RSSP?
• Is there a way to enable broader visibility of change orders in RSSP—similar to classic SSP?

I have checked my roles and data access, which appear to be configured correctly. Any guidance or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.
