How does Oracle HCM determine what information is displayed in the Experience tab of the Connections

Hello expert,

We would like to confirm how Oracle HCM determines the information displayed in the “Experience” tab within the Connections page.

When viewing an employee’s profile, the Experience section shows items such as Tenure and Job reference (see attached screenshot).
However, it is unclear which data source this information comes from and what logic the system uses to populate it.

Specifically, we would like to understand:

• Does the Experience tab show data based on the employee’s latest assignment (most recent job)?
• Or does it include information from the first or all assignments in the organization?
