Multi-select list of values for EFF in HCM

Summary:

We would like to have a multi-select list of values in an EFF context, on our Person EIT Information EFF (which is in Redwood Additional Person Information). The option is not there on display type when i'm creating it.

If its not currently possible is there a work around that people have used?
