How to restrict/block candidates from certain countries applying for jobs

Hello Oracle team,

Do we have any way to block candidates from certain countries to restrict accessing career site URL ?

Example: I want to block all the candidates who are trying to apply for the job from Kenya location

We got an Regulatory requirement and hence seeking some help to find out a solution.
