Unable to utilize the feature Display Charge Accounts in the Table View of the Shopping Cart in 25D

As per the 25D version update, we have a feature to display the charge accounts in shopping cart table view. As part of the configuration we have configured the VBS and Opt-in is enabled, even after the configurations we cannot see the charge account column displayed by default. We need to enable the column every time to see the charge account data in table view shopping cart.
