Alternate UOM Not Populating in Items Table in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud

Summary:

Hello Team,

We are currently testing an alternate Unit of Measure (UOM) scenario in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud. We followed the steps mentioned in the Oracle documentation to collect the secondary UOM of an item for use as an alternate UOM in Supply Chain Planning:

  1. Created an item in Oracle Product Hub and set the Tracking Unit of Measure to Primary and Secondary.
  2. Specified a Secondary UOM for the item.
  3. Created item-specific UOM conversions between the primary and secondary UOM (as the secondary UOM belongs to a different UOM class).
  4. Ran Collect Planning Data for Items and Units of Measure
