We are unable to find the Specific Item through "Search Item or Services" in Public Shopping list

We have a Public shopping list created and Users are transacting through Redwood UI.
While searching within the shopping list for Item, through keyword search (Ex, Part of the Description or Trading Partner Item), We are able to see the search results with Item which doesnt match with the search parameter. In the Classic UI, the search results fetches only the Item with the exact match.

Since the search fetching more results than expected, The purpose of Shopping list (Easy checkout) is getting conflicted and user has to spend time on identifying the item to add to cart.

Requesting help on the above, if there is a way to improve the efficiency of the search to fetch exact match or is there a document detailing on the logic or fields validated while using the search bar.
