Job Offer Visibility Not Restricted by Organization (Unlike Job Requisitions)

Hello everyone,

We’ve configured organization-based visibility restrictions for Job Requisitions using Requisition Security Profiles, and this works correctly; each recruiter only sees requisitions from their assigned organization.

However, we’ve noticed that Job Offers do not follow the same restriction: recruiters can view all job offers across the system, even those linked to organizations they don’t have access to.

So my questions are:

Is this the expected behavior in Oracle Recruiting Cloud?

If not, how can we restrict Job Offer visibility by organization, similar to requisitions?

Is there a specific security profile or configuration that controls job offer access?
