When Oracle cloud services contract is created or renewed or updated, lots of emails are sent to the person who is on the Oracle Cloud services Contract owner (the person who signs the Oracle sales order). This person is not necessarily the same as Cloud Account Admin (OCI Console).
The ask is that a single email is sent for each order detailing the subscriptions within rather than one per subscription. The summary of the email should include the Order ID. If you are unable to provide a summary, then include the Order ID , Subscription ID and Service Name in the email subject. Please also copy the Cloud Account Admin (OCI Console) in the email so that they can ensure that Oracle Cloud services contract owner is still current.
