How can we remove the register supplier option from the quick links ?

Summary:

The end user currently has access to register suppliers via the requisition page ( Request new Supplier) which aligns with the intended business process. However, the same user also sees the "Register Supplier" option under the Procurement Quick Links, which incorrectly routes to the internal supplier registration form. As per the business requirement, supplier registration should be restricted exclusively to the self-service requisition page. How can we remove the register supplier option from the quick links ?
