Unable to Select the Source Type While creating the PR in Responsive Self Service Requisition

For the same item, the Purchasable attribute was set to 'Yes', and both Transfer Orders and Internally Transferable were set to 'Yes'.

In this case user when he is trying to create the PR in the responsive self service requisition, system by default taking the source type as showing "Inventory" only. Unable to see the LOV to select supplier.
