Adding catalogue and non-catalogue items to cart and you can't see them or edit

25D upgrade has been applied (not sure if this is related) Now when we add a catalogue item or non-catalogue item to the cart and view, we can't see them.

This is Redwood forms and is working as expected for Smart Form items. Attached screenshots FYI. An SR is being raised with Oracle by our consultants but just wanting to know if anyone else is/has experienced same issues, and has it been resolved?
