4 levels management hierarchy for job requisition approval is not working.

Summary:

We are having a requirement of 4 levels management hierarchy for job requisition approval, which starts with hiring manager and top approver should be 3rd level manager in "top approver" field. But we can only able to create 3 levels of management hierarchy where we can select top approver as 2nd level manager as top approver but we don't have option to select 3rd level manager in "top approver" field which is not meeting the client requirement.

Please provide any inputs?
