How to remove a Data Security Policy (DSP) in a Duty Role?

Summary: We are trying to give users view only access to fast formulas. There is a seeded duty role for 'Manage Fast Formulas' but the DSP in this role includes ability to Manage and View fast formulas. I need to remove the DSP to Manage. I don't have the ability to edit or copy the duty role. When I try to remove the DSP from our Custom Data Role that inherits the Manage Fast Formula Duty Role, it just gets added back when the data role is regenerated. How can I create a view only option for Fast Formulas?
