Auto-approval rule when initiator = final approver (Worker’s Proposed Representative)

When a transaction (for example, Add Pending Worker) is initiated by a person who is also the final approver (Worker’s Proposed Representative), the transaction should automatically be approved — since the initiator and final approver are the same person.

If Initiator = Final Approver (Worker’s Proposed Representative), then the workflow should trigger auto-approval instead of sending it for manual approval.

Is there a way to create this rule directly in BPM Worklist or through HCM Approval Rules configuration? If yes, could you please share the correct condition or expression to use for this comparison?
