Update EEO Job Category and Group

Hi All,

We have a request to Taleo to update the current EEO Job Category and Group in staging and Production zone, however I was told by the web support analysts that:

• EEO Job Categories cannot be added and they cannot be removed or changed
• EEO Job Groups cannot be deleted, they can only add 'DO NOT USE' next to the ones we do not want to use

Have you ever successfully updated (add, deleted and modify) your EEO Job Categories and Groups? And could this change possibly affect anything, such as existing reqs, reports, etc?
