Invoice Creation with Webservice role allows users to create invoices from Invoice Workbench.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We have created a custom role for an extension to allow invoice creation only through REST API. However due to the privilege (Create Payables Invoice) in the role, users are able to create invoices from Invoice Workbench. In order for us to create an invoice through REST API, we need both Create Payables Invoice (AP_CREATE_PAYABLES_INVOICE_PRIV) and Create Payables Invoice by Web Service (AP_INV_CREATE_WEB_SERVICE_PRIV)
