Mandatory fields at time of supplier registration according to different types of suppliers.

There are 3 type of supplier (i) Individuals, (ii) Local Supplier (Companies) & (iii) Foreign Suppliers - So for Different supplier , There should be different Mandatory field at the time of the supplier registration
e.g. - (i) Individuals - VAT not mandatory, (ii) Local Supplier (Companies) - VAT number mandatory (iii) Foreign Suppliers - VAT number mandatory
