User Role Assignment - Alerts / Notifications

We have Audit Requirement to send Alerts or notifications to specific user list while critical roles are assigned to the users .

We already have the audit enabled for the Platform security so we can get the details from Audit report however the Auditors are looking for proactive alerts or notifications that needs to be triggered in the system while the High Privilege roles are assigned to an user

Any leads or ideas in this regards will help .
