Sweden payee bank account is auto created with 16 digits instead of 17 digits from IBAN

While creating payee bank details, 16 digits bank account is defaulting instead of last 17 digits from IBAN number. System will allow to add 17th digit manually to account number, where as expectation is 17 digits should be created automatically from IBAN. From below image last digit "2" is missing where as it is there in IBAN.

Is there any way to resolve this?
