Wrong numerical format when creating requisition

Summary:

After switching to Redwood Self-Service Procurement our users creating requisitions are entering decimal numbers in the quantity and unit price fields using the numeric keypad on their keyboard.
The keyboard has a . (dot) for entering decimal numbers. All the users and our environment have a regional preference set to this format -1 234,00 without using dot. So space as grouping separator and comma as decimal separator.
After entering a number such as 123.45 and tabbing out users are getting this number instead 12 345,00. If they do not pay attention to this detail and do not correct manually they might submit the requisition using the wrong unit price and total amount.
