Redwood- Issue in Area of Responbility approval

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

We are encountering issue when Area of Responbility is approved by respective approver after migrating to Redwood.

Once Approver approves transaction, Sometime transaction is getting completed, but sometimes though its approved shows as pending in transaction console and Area of responsibility page. This is not consistent issue.

We never faced such issue in RUI . Our approval Rule config is also straight which only goes to one Application Role.

We already have SR open for this, but progress on this Sr is very slow.

Does anybody has encountered this issue and know what is the root cause/when fix will be delivered.?
