Associate Legal Employer with a Department

Association Legal Employer with a Department does not take effect

Hi Experts, we have tried to associate a legal employer to a department, however when I hire an employee in that legal employer, all departments are shown. Shouldn't appear only the departments associated to that legal employer?

Alternatively, If I hire an employee in a different legal employer, the same department is shown even if it is not associated to that legal employer.

Could anyone clarify how this feature works?
