Summary:

In Collective Agreement Extra Information EFF, we have configured Department field that displays LOVs of departments. In the department level, the name was changed from '123-SAMPLE DEPT' to '123-SAMPLE DEPARTMENT' effective 10/03/2025. We have inserted new effective row of 10/03/2025 was created in the CA and when we try to correct the CA EFF via HSDL, we are getting error:
