NI number Search Not Available in Redwood Person ResultsClarification on Possible Workaround

Summary:

We understand that Redwood Person Results currently does not support National Identifier (NI) search, and Oracle has confirmed this is a known limitation.

Because NI search is mandatory for our customer, we are evaluating whether the following workaround pattern is possible with Redwood:

Proposed Workaround

Use Responsive Person Management, which still supports National Identifier search.

From the search results → open Actions (Smart Nav).

Invoke a linked action that opens Redwood Person Results for the selected person.

This pattern was previously used in classic/Responsive UI by creating an action that deep-linked into another page.
However, Redwood has stricter personalization rules and may not support this.
