Business title recently changes but when seaching for a person still showing the old Business title

Summary:

We have two employees, A and B, that were brought to our attention by some admin. These employees received a promotion (conversion) from Temporary Full-Time to In-Progression employees.

In their records, once opened, the employees appear as Full-Time employees and everything is correct.

However, when using the search bar to find them, they are still shown as Temporary Full-Time in their business title. This does not match the business title in their actual record. PFA
